  • In the event an item has arrived to you in imperfect condition, due to shipping or otherwise, DimpleChild will assume all reasonable expenses to correct the problem. However, your cooperation is required. Please retain all packaging and be willing to provide photographs to the freight company, if necessary.We strongly urge you to inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged piece, please indicate it on the bill of lading. The statute of limitations on filing damage claims varies among carriers, so it is imperative to handle problems as quickly as possible to avoid missing the deadline.The responsibility for payment is yours, but DimpleChild will work with you to quickly replace either the damaged part or entire piece, as deemed appropriate. There is no additional cost to you for this service.If you refuse to allow DimpleChild to repair or replace your item and insist on returning it due to a minor defect, DimpleChild will not refund shipping costs. Any custom item that you want to refuse to allow DimpleChild to repair and want to return, will incur a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
