Orders and Returns

  • Custom-designed furnishings, bedding, accessories, select gifts and clothing, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Non-custom Items DimpleChild strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and an unparalleled shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom item, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and their original packaging.Simply call us within 30 business days of receipt of the item and we will issue you a Return Merchant Authorization Number (RMA), which is valid for 10 business days.Please return the item within that time frame to the address provided at the time the RMA is issued.
  • If you return an item after the 10 business day window, without a RMA, and/or DimpleChild suspects an item has been used, DimpleChild will not be able to process the return. Also, if you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the items purchase price minus the appropriate shipping. We reserve the right to apply up to a 25% restocking fee should the merchandise not be in re-sellable condition.Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for damages reported or incurred after 30 days of receipt of your order. We are happy to provide the manufacturers information in case a replacement part is needed.
  • SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Furthermore, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. For your security, please ship with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
  • For "free shipping" items being returned, actual shipping charges paid by us to deliver the item will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us for more details.
